And Now for a Splash of Colour

Another super high ISO (3200) shot, but the grain is much less noticeable, given the dark backgroud and lovely red jellyfish. The tank was also swimming with small isopods and other tasty morsels for the jellyfish, but they didn't get too much in the way of the main shot.

The colours, the colours

The music festival was well planned and laid out, plenty of parking nearby for scooters and bikes.
I liked the colour contrast between the helmet and the scooter, the grass and the sky.

Contrasts

What I loved about Colorado was the contrasts in nature, as seen here, massive mountains, miles of flat area, then massive mountains again. Coupled with dramatic skies, and you've got a pretty good picture.

Contrast

This statue was in the shade under a big tree. Just past the tree was bright sun thus allowing for a high contrast shot.
